I purchased a SS 6lb stuffer and entered the STUFFER17 coupon code, but it was not recognized. ??? It would not of made much of a difference in my total price, but I was a little disappointed.

When I received cheese, the styrofoam box was broke and the cheese and ice pack was ambient temperature. I then emailed Walton’s about the situation and Walton’s replied that the cheese would be ok, just to put in freezer. A good reply would of started with an apology and we’ll send you another package.

Shipping charges were not cleare between the map and on line order form., between $6.99 to $11.99.
I called to order over the phone and was told a minimum order was $25. Rep couldn't really clarify the shipping charges. I think because your shipping charges were not clear on the internet, the $25 fee should have been waved.

I could have bought the Weston #12 3mm Extraction Plate anywhere. I chose Walton's because of the honesty in your shipping rates.
