When I placed my rather large ( for me) order, apparently there was 1 item that was backordered. In full disclosure, there was, buried way down in the little print, a notice that the order would not ship until the backordered item arrived. Well, I did not see this, and 2 weeks later I had to cancel a large meat grind/stuff/process day with hundreds of pounds of deer, moose and elk, at the last minute as nothing had arrived. 3 days before the grind, I found the notice and called Walton's. Nobody answered so I left a message. There was never any attempt by Waltons to call me back, even though I requested a call.

Great products, but a little hard to find what I needed. Always trust them for my sausage needs. Process approx. 500 pounds of a variety of sausages yearly and have never had a bad experience with these guys.
