Review Translation in English - "Volunteering at the ADFP Foundation Zoo in Portugal for two weeks in August. This zoo houses some disabled animals and people in a relatively remote town, Miranda do Corvo... The ADFP Foundation provides a lot of employment opportunities for the handicapped, including programming, catering, library, hand-made sewing, woodworking, bee-collecting, , hotels,... and also accepts some Ukrainian refugees. The whole foundation is like a hodgepodge. Even the volunteer apartment where we live has people from different countries, Pakistanis, Africans... The zoo is a part of the foundation and houses many animals, including an alpaca that was used as a cosmetic experiment, two brown bears rescued from a circus, a three-legged fox with one leg missing, . . . There are 1 /2 employees are handicapped, so there are barrier-free facilities everywhere. The daily work includes: feeding, sweeping poop, defoliation in the park, cleaning, pruning, leaves, weeds, sorting out various animal cages, water basins, feed...the park It is very big, and the work is very complicated. In case there are pigs who give birth to piglets, they have to make a nest for them as soon as possible, trap the fox and put it in the quarantine area, help the alpaca trim the leaves to open the way...
