So far I have to say things have been going well. There was only one slight hiccup but it was smoothed out quickly. Last year I had attempted to work with another organization and all was okay in the beginning but then during COVID they didn’t really keep up on communication and replying back and I decided to take a loss on the money I deposited. So when I started working with you guys I was coming from a negative experience. But yea all has been going well with communication. Sometimes I do wish the website was easier to navigate. Trying to search the programs gets difficult where it won’t let me filter or freezes up etc. But if tech issues are the only concern I’ll take it lol.

The communication from volunteer world was outstanding. They were extremely attentive and understanding of many questions I had for them and accommodated to my every need. The only slight difficulty I faced was when I was trying to complete the first payment, although they were very quick to get back to me and find a solution. My experience wasn't bad but the only problem I have is the payment process. your system doesn't really support visa card which is not good for us in Africa.

The communication with the organisation wasn't easy because not all questions were answered properly. So there was less support from Volunteerworld to foster the communication with the organisation. They didn't take the time to understand the problem completely so their answers were barely helpful.
Moreover the price on the organisation website was different (because of two factors) from the Volunteerworld prices (and Volunteerworld makes actually advertising with a so called "Best Price Guarantee"). Volunteerworld wasn't able to resolve the pricing difference completely, only one factor.
That wasn't a nice customer experience. I won't use that platform again to book such a trip. It's easier to just book it directly.

I am actually and totally disappointed. At one point, I almost felt I fell into a scam. Initially it was agreed I will pay 160 dollars which is 15%, latter on I was asked to pay the total. I asked for the contact number of the organisation I will be volunteering in the USA no one gave me, even the number of volunteer world is not avaiy online.
In the name of peace you either resolve this or simply send back the money I paid because it served me no purpose. I will never advice anyone to engage in the saga. I'm still writing an article about this to be pinky in due course if this issue is not settled out.
