Confusing that different organizations use the same platform, also since the browser/website is not very clear/intuitive to use, so I ended up communicating with other people, than I thought I was contacting. And World Volunteer people are not able to answer questions, but are your service Crew, so some situations are not very smartly set up. Other than that. I am happy to use World Volunteer, since the projects and prices are good

I find it a very good platform because the missions are well detailed and well explained. The steps are clear but the communication less so. The only negative point is the lack of reactivity of the exchanges. I sent two messages to which I got no answer even though I had really important questions about the experience I was waiting for. I hope that my opinion will help you to improve this point. However, I would like to thank you once again for the opportunity you are offering me and I can't wait to start!
