I'm sorry (but honest!) to say that the "communication" part of the booking is super complicated. On the website, live chat page pops up, then there are messages "in the account" and then someone directly from the program (not from the Volunteer World) contacts us, but the email title not only doesn't show the his/her email address, but also it's an "No Reply" mail, so we can't get directly in touch with the people in the program. The Volunteer World people say "get in touch with your program coordinator" but there is no clear indication who is exactly the project coordinator and what is his/her contact details. People have been very friendly, but the "system" is over complicated and not effective I'm afraid.
