After a miscommunication regarding costs of program + activities, we were unable to get our deposit back leaving us two girls in a very hard situation. We are travelling on a limited budget and going to Nepal to do some volunteer work after a month of studying in India.
We would not have paid the deposit if things were communicated properly. Although, the mistake was not ours, they did not refund the money which was over $250 Australian.
That is a LOT of money for two students. Unfortunately, this means for us that we will not volunteer through this organisation in the future.
