It looks like our recent backorder delayed your product delivery by 2 weeks. The backorder was due to a variety of supply issues, but these have since been resolved and we do not anticipate encountering this situation any time soon! In a normal situation, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days. Just keep in mind that any orders placed over the weekend are not shipped out until Monday morning. I’ve used this before and after surgery and it appears I have minimal bruising with use. It’s hard to say how effective it truly is without a valid comparison when not using the product but it’s worth a try.

It was really easy to find and order what I was looking for and it arrived earlier than expected. I just would like more options for the subscribe and save (2x per month, one every other month, etc) because I would rather subscribe but once a month won't work for me.

While we limit the delivery frequency options on the website for when you first subscribe, on our side we can modify the frequency to anything you'd like once the initial subscription has been created. Every 22 days, every 5 weeks, whatever you'd like! Just place an order using one of the default options and then email us with how you'd like it to be changed. customerservice@vitamedica.com

We're sorry to hear that you had a problem with our products. Not sure if our Anti-Aging Formula or our GI Balance Probiotic contributed to the issue? Without further information, it's a bit difficult to diagnose. But, if you're not accustomed to taking the B-vitamin niacin, you may have had what is called the niacin-flush. Niacin is formulated in our Anti-Aging Formula. Fair-skinned individuals are more susceptible to this occurring but in most people, the flushing disappears after a week or so on the product. Hi Delonte, checking tracking with USPS it looks like your package was delivered today around 4pm. While shipping transit with USPS Priority Mail averages 2-3 days, it sometimes can take longer if, for example, the package was sorted to the wrong post office, which seems to have been the case here.
