I wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely staff at the A&E department at my local hospital for their care and I heard a nurse saying at around 3:20am that she wished she had some "dunking biscuits" for her tea break. So the day after leaving I sent them a huge box of hundreds of individually wrapped "dunking biscuits" directly to their department. I'm sure she and her colleagues really enjoyed then in the early hours of the morning.
