I had a a very good experience with your business. When I did the online order it somehow changed what was requested and I emailed and called requesting a call. They called the next business day and discussed the issue and apologized and we resolved that issue. The order was a gift for mother’s day and when it arricpved the personified item had one error (date). I emailed and the got back to me right away and said that they would make it right and are resending a new item to my mom. They were kind and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend them for unique and personalized gifts to anyone!
