I added text but it dud not send so I will have to write it out all again ahhh. The wig and brush were fine but the delivery was dreadful. Left out in the rain behind the dustbins with no note to say that it was there. I had to contact you to find out. You then blamed the courier company. I didn't choose the company you did.

Hi Nic, apologies for the delivery. All orders are sent tracked and signed for. This is the service we pay the courier for. The driver had no right leaving your order outside with no note. A formal complaint was made at the time. Thankfully this was a very rare instance and hasn't happened since. Kind regards, Richard

I am very pleased with my purchase- the Jon Renau „Natalie“ wig. It was a totally different style what I used to wear for years. Very unsure at the beginning I received many compliments and members of my family told me that this wig suits me lot better than the old style. The wig is very easy to wear, very soft and light.

I wear it all the time so do have to wash it quite often and it still looks great after 6 weeks. It is a lot more realistic than I thought it would be and I have had so many compliments. It is also very comfortable to wear. The service I received from Valentines was exceptional as I asked a lot of questions, they got back to me really quickly and made great suggestions. Will definitely go to again.

I have been shopping with you many years now and have been generally been happy. And you have rectified any issues I have had, and hope this will remain your policy as I have noticed that you sometimes say there are no returns on some promotions so that worries me to not ordering!
I do love the Tori wig and keep hoping I could find something the same style with a lace front, perhaps you can lookout for something that may be suitable.
