I bought a wig which when I tried it on the colour didn’t suit me. I rang the company and couldn’t have been more pleased. The young man I spoke to was pleasant courteous and very helpful. He called me back when he said he would and had all the information I asked for .

As a full time wig wearer, I like a variety of styles and colours, so buy a number of wigs. Was so pleased to find this company - they offer a good range of named brands, their prices are highly competitive, postage is very reasonable, and communication is excellent. The real test of a company is how they cope when things aren’t right. I recently made a bad purchase - nothing wrong with the product, I’d just made a bad choice, entirely my responsibility. Within two hours of the postal tracking showing the wig as returned, the money was back in my account. Would highly recommend.

I made a big mistake accidentally buying my first wigs from what I thought was a UK website - that turned out to be based in China. The wigs I received were dreadful and a huge waste of money. I have had alopecia since being a child (I’m 44 now) and I have to say Valentine Wigs are the most professional, friendly, efficient and curteous wig company I have ever shopped with - I discovered them about 3 years ago when I moved to the sticks (south Devon but previously Manchester) and I really struggled! As an experienced wig wearer I have my favourite brands and styles I, but even then I need a little help and guidance at times - I can’t fault Richard and his team, any questions I have they are so quick to get back to me! Let’s talk about costs too - you won’t find a retailer that can beat their amazing offers - I’m over the moon with a wig I picked up for about 70% discount on retail price in flash sale last week (Noriko Angelica in Pmumberry Jam so not old/dated stock), but honestly day in day out they are simply the BEST! I’m a mum of 7 and work hard as a full-time nurse so money is always tight but Valentine Wigs mean I don’t have to miss out and a new wig arriving absolutely makes my day! Real hair. It’s lovely not too dense. The cap is a little small for an average so if you are on the larger size of average I would definitely get a large cap. The colour is very well done. Valentine wigs are very professional and friendly and items always posted out quickly.

I bought a Noriko Jackson wig from you recently as I fancied a change from my Noriko Carly (which I also bought from you and love it).

The new wig arrived not long after I ordered it and in perfect condition. I found a chance to wear it this weekend and had some great reaction from friends.

They loved the colour, style and fit, said it knocked years of me lol. I have to admit I agree with them and can't wait to wear it again.
