From my initial online enquiry my broker (Max C) has been highly proactive in setting up a portfolio within the budget we discussed. He was also incredibly helpful in assisting me through the online process of setting up the portfolio. Max has been contactable on every occasion which is very reassuring and now the process is completed with my portfolio completed I move forward with VCL with a high degree of confidence. My broker George was excellent throughout the process of obtaining shares in whiskey, explaining every aspect involved concisely. The eventual signing was fairly simple and George was available at all times to answer any queries. Payment was easy and clear what you were buying with examples of the final certification available before final purchase. Once the shareholder portal is fully functional it will be in my opinion, faultless.
