Over a year ago now I initially contacted George to get some more information into whisky investing.

All the information received along with various phone calls with all the right information. due to financial outgoings I put it all on hole for a year, George respected this and no nuisance calls were made to me.

I recently re contacted George to follow up on an investment which was dealt with quickly with no issues through out. I look forward to what the future of whisky brings!

I am new to investing and so it was a great relief that from the outset George Roots at VCL Vintners made me feel totally comfortable. We were able to discuss Whisky investing at length and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative. George followed up all our conversations but was never pushy or impatient despite it taking me some time to finalise my investment. I am now extremely happy to have made my first investment and very glad to have found George and VCL Vintners who made the whole process both enjoyable and exciting!

I'm new to whisky cask investment and had a lot of questions. George answered them all with a helpful, patient and professional approach. The process was clear, logical and straightforward, and well communicated. It's an investment, so the proof is yet to come, but so far so good.

Being new to all of this, it was very useful to have someone as professional as George to explain the process and the benefits simply, yet logically. Communication has been excellent throughout, and at every stage the next step has been described fully. I now feel confident that I am fully aware of all that is happening, and that any questions which may arise will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Max was very knowledgeable and took me through the whole process very clearly. I'd already done quite a bit of research on the company (and others) but after speaking to Max (no pressuring either), I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Bought 3 casks but will probably buy more and will go back to VCL Vintners in the future. They have great podcasts too - a quality company. Cheers Max for all your help.

Max guided me through the process and explained all I need to know and answered my question. I was concerned as there are scams out there concerning whiskey purchase, but again Max gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision

Shane was completely transparent about the whole process and wasn’t pushy at all unlike some other firms I quoted from. Everything was incredibly simple and I have peace of mind doing my investment is in sound hands. Will be purchasing more casks come bonus season!

VCL in particular Max helped me through the process in my first investment in Whisky.
Max answered all my questions in full probably spending several hours all told explaining everything in full.

I spoke to Max Carpenter who was very knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout the whole process. He struck up an excellent rapport with me. I didn't feel any pressure to act. When I didn't make an arranged telephone meeting, I wasn't hounded,but was given time to call back at my own convenience which I appreciated.

I have been extremely satisfied this far with the service provided by VCL. From my initial online enquiry my broker (Max C) has been highly proactive in setting up a portfolio within the budget we discussed. He was also incredibly helpful in assisting me through the online process of setting up the portfolio. Max has been contactable on every occasion which is very reassuring and now the process is completed with my portfolio completed I move forward with VCL with a high degree of confidence. I have also been reassured by the well joined up nature of the business whereby Max has been able to communicate rapidly with IT and Accounts and return calls within a few minutes. The overarching clarity and support from the office manager in terms of correspondence has also been clear and prompt. Overall I am very content with how business has been conducted thus far and look forward to working with VCL.
