From my initial enquiry to making my investment, the experience with VCL Vintners has been first rate. From start to finish Benjamin Lancaster explained in detail each step and the processes to be followed. In addition I was instilled with the confidence from the outset that VCL was a legitimate and fully regulated company, which was hugely important in giving me the confidence to invest. I am a first time investor in Whiskey and Once I had expressed an interest on-line . I was contacted within days and the process was explained to me in a language that I understood and there was no hard sell. Once I had made a decision to invest in barrels of whiskey the same Broker explained the process and talked me through the options that would best fit my budget, on this occasion coming in under my budget .Once the transaction was confirmed my certificates and receipts of purchase were E-mailed to me immediately . I was Surprised at how easy the whole process was.
