We are First time investors in Whisky and Ben from VCL Vintners has made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. Absolutely no pressure just lots of information when needed and requested he has always been available and nothing is too much trouble. Only time will tell how successful our investment will be but I wouldn’t hesitate to use VCL again when funds become available

Nearly all of my encounters were with Ben Lancaster and he was superb from start to finish, from our first call where he explained the procedure and how buying whiskey works to giving me a full understanding of the industry without being pushy, to our follow up calls where he made sure I understood every aspect.
The suggestions he sent over were speedy and had so much information on each whiskey he recommended and the reasoning behind each brand, the price point I asked him to come in at was just under budget which was perfect because I didn't feel he was pushing to try and get me to invest more than I was comfortable with.
Overall the service provided by VCL and Ben was great, everything from the information provided to the speed in which everything was sent through was excellent. I would defiantly recommend this service to anyone interested!
