Wrong belt... They dropped the ball and it shipped late.. over a week late. Then I had to pay shipping to return it. I paid shipping both ways for the wrong belt and it was a total waste of time.

What your order is NOT what you get! They sent a cheap knockoff brand belt and not the Gates belt they advertised. Save yourself the hassle and time and buy from a local autoparts store.

You have to be careful when ordering, I thought I ordered a Gates 7445 belt, and they send a 15445 D & D Power Drive belt.
Their wording is: "7445 GATES Cogged Replacement V-Belt", tricky wording, they send a substitution/cross reference belt. I will have to pay for shipping back, now I will have more money in one belt than I would had ordered an original Gates from Amazon or another source. The belt they sent me has no "made in ?" so I'm assuming it's a China belt.
I tried calling them, though they do not pick up or have a way to talk to them except through e-mail.
I will never order a belt from them due to their wording and lack or communication.
