I've saved maybe $75 this year, with no effort, which is great... it would be more but I never received the 'gift card' from the intiial service switch (even after dealing with customer service at Utiliz and the provider). I'll take savings, but am miffed about the card, which is still being included in Utiliz' 'reports on your savings.'

It’s great Utiliz can find the best rate for me because it was really time consuming before. I wish Eversource didn’t increase the delivery fees, so I could really feel the benefit of Utiliz...

I have mixed views on Utiliz. On the one hand I AM saving money and it is a convenient way to periodically research and sign up for the best plan.

On the negative - the charts and graphs presented are misleading; Utiliz should make sure the person s name on the Utiliz account matches the name on the utility bill or there are all sorts of headaches (simple husband - wife name issue); and the monthly fee structure is annoying. When Utiliz signs me up for an 8 month plan why I am I getting charge $3.99 a month for the next 8 months when they are literally doing nothing.
