The product is good does what it says clear eyes all day sadly I feel this cost is outrageous when item finally arrived after 4weeks I was greeted with a £15.50 customs charge on top of the delivery I’d paid not mentioned at purchase not worth the hassle and excessive costs involved

It is amazing to me how UNQinc.com is allowed to do business on the internet! My order of Refresh Repair eye drops that I ordered in early August has still not arrived. I have contacted the company multiple times by phone, email and even through their website trying to find out the status of my order. I have requested a refund twice, but have received no response to any of my contact attempts. Don’t do business with this company, at best they have the worst customer service I have seen and at the worst they are nothing more than scammers!!!

I ordered eye drops on July 11th. Did not ship until July 25. Received on July 30th. It should not take 2 weeks to ship out 1 item. I had to go out and buy this same item at a local drug store. I emailed and called. No answer to either, but following day my order shipped. Bad communication, and very slow shipping. Will not order from again
