I have never received customer service as thorough and marvellous as I did with Kate. She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the field of backpacks and etcetera. She is a vast computer of information. I’m not even sure she’s a real person. I insist the CEO of U.N. luggage acknowledge her efforts and talents and reward her accordingly. My life has changed for the better since my purchase. Please relay this message to your finest employee (Kate). I will not mince my words when I suggest the day I made my purchase was the greatest day of my life. I will recommend U.N. Luggage to every single being I come across, and I mean everyone.
