The sales associate who helped me (younger gentleman, sorry I didn't get his name) was very helpful and guided me to the products I was looking for. He made excellent suggestions and asked what I was looking for. He also mentioned the free travel books which was a unique and interesting way to spend the 20 minutes it took to engrave my luggage. There was a processing error by Canada Post and was rerouted to elsewhere. I had to follow up with Canada Post to open a ticket to tack down the package. As of now, 4/24 at 1 PM PST, Canada Post has yet to inform me when the package will be delivered to me.

The folks at U.N. are fantastic!! I made an inquiry about a product that was out of stock and they were kind enough to contact me to let me know when it was back in. Furthermore, Kailey was kind enough to put one away from the inventory and hold it for me while I was out of town for two weeks!
