I ordered an Osprey bag from U.N as they were the only Canadian supplier I could find that still had it in stock. I was notified a day later that they in fact did not have the bag in stock, but they had called around to other Canadian suppliers and found one who did. Not only that, they organized that supplier to ship the bag to me at no cost, and emailed me to let me know that I'd be receiving a package from a different company so to keep an eye out for that.
This was above and beyond good customer service, they could have simply stated that there was a stock error and that I was out of luck.
I am always happy to praise amazing customer service and these folks knocked it out of the park!
