I had my eye on some Matador products that were out of stock; I called them to ask if they would be getting more in and they followed up with daily updates of where their new shipment was at and an email when they updated their website. Went in a bought a very expensive suitcase, the service was fine, except for your no free shipping policy to the NWT where I live, even though we are part of Canada and have full postal service. In fact the suitcase arrived within a week. That policy is discriminatory and should be changed.
