I was very pleased with the prompt service and the followup when we discovered that the order was incomplete. However, I then received another email that the order had been shipped - after we had already received the items. I replied to that email and didn’t hear back. It was disconcerting to receive the second shipping order as I wondered if I would be billed a second time.

We were very pleased with both the service and the selection offered by UN Luggage. I found the item we wanted on the web site, called the store and they agreed to hold the case for us. When we were at the store picking it up, we also found several other items for our trip. Wesley, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. When we could not find a specific item we wanted, he referred us to another store in the city that sells travel gear. That is great service! I would not hesitate to recommend UN Luggage to anyone who needs quality products and first-rate customer service.
