I had to watch the videos a couple of times to get it right, but it eventually worked fantastic. I dry aged a prime ***** **** 28 days and cut it into 1 1/2"steaks. Fantastic. Next will be a full choice Prime Rib roast.

I had high hopes for this to work and it did! First attempt, was a prime top strip which was aged for 31 days. The meat was dense, tender, and very flavourful.

Had a great experience with Umai Dry, on a large ribeye roast, aged for 28 days. Steaks were tender and flavorful, much better than something brought home from the store and placed on the grill, same day. I will recommend Umai Dry products to my friends and family.
