This is an almost foolproof product to dry age steak. So far I had dry aged no less than 10 slabs over the years and i never encountered any problem! Best product I had ever used and delivers

i have been using these bags to dry age beef for over 3 years and am spoiled. Store and butcher shop steak can't hold a candle to them. Daughter even says the fat is like butter. Now that i can use Seal a meal machine it is even greater.

You have a great product. So far I've made aged rib-eyes, new yorks and tried pancetta. They have been amazing. The first time I took a piece off of the rib-eye and froze it for comparison. The difference was noticeable and amazing. We no longer enjoy buying steaks at restaurants since the ones we make at home are so much better.

I ordered this kit to make chorizo sausage however this wasn't included in the recipe and I had to go find it under YouTube. After spending all that time and money it was the worst tasting smelling thing I've ever made. I feel like you have hoodwinked me. Now off to review sites.

I started a few years ago making salami but i was limited to only doing this in winter. The problem was that living in a tropical location and our winters being very mild(19-20 this year)makes it difficult. With the umai dry method and frost free fridges i can now do it all year. I have only started with Coppa and Pancetta but both have been a hit. Thank you.
