Used your dry age bags for the first time on a 21 pound rib eye. The instructions were easy to follow and straight forward. After 35 days of aging, the steaks turned out wonderful!! Doing this process gave me a better understanding why dry-aged beef is so expensive. A lot of trimming involved but I was rewarded with some of the most tender and flavorful steaks I've ever eaten. Great products!!
