It Works! I was quite happy with the way a 5 week aged full Ribeye turned out. I didn't really have any problem with the sealing process either. I used a regular Food Saver unit. It just takes a little care and a second set of hands might help to hold it and help work the air out, though I did it without help. I'm going to try a strip loin next, I think. Highly recommended, so far. We'll see if all the other bags seal well, as well.

So far it has been working out great. I have my first aged steaks processed and in the freezer. I have not had the opportunity to grill one up yet. I also have my first Capicola in the fridge curing. In two months after the aging process, I should have some excellent Capicola. I have already recommended this product to my friends and family.

I really love the UMAi products. I have used the DrybagSteak bags to age steaks as well as make pancetta and capicola. Turns out perfect every time! I always get stunned reactions from guests who can't believe how good my steaks and charcuterie are.

A bit difficult to seal with a 7 bone rib roast, but after a few tries got a good seal. Will know in 30 days how good the meat will be

Exellent product, I like it very much, very easy to use not too expensive in your country but in Canada (Quebec) it costs more than double with the exchange rate and the shipping. These difficult to make an order for saving the shipping (175 $ for free shipping) sorry for my english i speak french but i recommend it.

I have had excellent results using UMAi dry bags for dry aging ribeyes. Very easy to use as long as you are careful with the vacuum sealing aspect. Not all that hard if you have an understanding of how vacuum sealers work. Very much looking forward to using their products for charcuterie projects.

I aged one rib eye roast for 35 days and another one for 42 days. Unfortunately, maybe I aged them to long, but neither one was tender. The steaks were cooked MR and the flavor was good, but they were tough.

Product works great but took me 2 tries to get a air tight seal. Good Service intentions, but did not follow through, said they would mail me some free bags because of my own bagging errors. Did not happen, but that's okay I guess.

Easy to use and the videos online took me step by step through the process. The finish products turned out the best steaks I ever had! Only downside is that it's pretty expensive per bag and you need to have a vacuum sealer to use it.
