hello , i buy x UMAi Dry® 32mm Sausage Kit 1x UMAi Dry® Charcuterie Kit 1x UMAi Dry® Ribeye/Striploin
but they miss one small bag of Bactoferm T-SPX starter culture. so when they send to me the small bag of t-spx the custom charge me 20.00 box , i d ont why they no charge me nothing for the big order , an they charge me 20.00 box for only the small bag , but i had a good services

I purchased several sets of Unau Dry bags, and the have all worried great. The recipes on third site are very nice and have turned out some delicious meats.

First time purchaser of Umai Dry products. Couldn't have been easier to order and pay. Be in Canada sometimes web ordering can be an issue but not with Umai Dry, my order was placed and shipped and I was notified at critical points in the process. Great to do business with and I have recommended to my friends. Currently 14 days into my first dry aging experience and the product is behaving just as promised.

My first try of aging was a small ribeye. I did not want to risk a whole ribeye in case the meat spoiled. I aged it 32 days and it was perfect. I have since then done two tenderloins as they only take 5-6 days. I currently have a 16 pound ribeye that is on day 18. My only issue is the roast bags will not hold a 16 pound ribeye and I had to cut it in half. The tenderloin bags are pretty small but with some effort I was able to stuff the whole tenderloin in. As long as you don't mind the extended curing time and the weight loss, this system works great.

Robert, thank you for offering a valuable voice of experience. That first try with UMAi Dry (and $100+ of precious meat) is often nerve-wracking. When, like you, folks see that UMAi Dry and good modern frost free fridge make the process effortless, confidence is inevitable! Indeed, a 16 lb subprimal won't be squeezed into a Roast bag, but needs the Ribeye/Striploin size. We are so sorry you had to cut the subprimal in two.

Very impressed with results! Simple way to take affordable grocery store quality steaks and transform them into fine steakhouse caliber beef. The process of vacuuming and ensuring good contact with the membrane takes attention, but after that you sit back and wait 4 weeks....if you can.
