Products work great, I've made around 50 pounds of different charcuterie which turned out great. And for Christmas I dry aged a rib roast which turned out fantastic.

Vos produits sont au top ! il suffit de bien respecter les instructions, choisir une bonne viande et vos sachets font le reste. je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car le prix reste élevé pour nous européen (sachet + douane ).

The UMAi bag worked perfectly. 1st attempt on a full NY Strip turned out great. Hardest part is waiting 28 days. Off to ageing another full NY strip.

I just had my first ribeye steak sous vide after a 26-day process. It was exquisite; steakhouse quality as described in the write up. I witnessed how the pink sub-primal cut evolved into the mahogany-colored beauty in my fridge. There's another slab that I'm letting go for 44 days that I can't wait to see the results.

Left a message for customer service and never heard back. Spent $133 on a piece of meat and needed clarification and they never responded. Won't be using them again.

I got the prime kit as a gift over the holidays. I managed to ruin 3 of the bags and all of the Vacmouse strips before I got the hang of it. Once I figured it out though, the bag sealed up nicely. I've just butchered my first loin, and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm now preparing to seal my next. In my opinion the only drawback to this system is the semi expensive learning curve.

As easy as it looks. The one thing I would mention is to have in mind what size meat you want to be left after the shrinkage.

My first attempt was not good. My Weston Pro 2300 has a auto seal function that did not give a good vacuum before sealing a small choice strip loin. I contacted Weston and they advised me how to disengage the auto seal and that worked. After 35 days I trimmed the bark and cut the strip into 2x2 steaks. While they had good flavor cooked over a high heat gas grill to medium rare, the meat was not as tender as I was expecting. I'm going to try a boneless ribeye next. Maybe a bigger hunk of meat was needed.

I used the bag for a 7 bone prim rib for Christmas. I dry aged it for 21 day, it turned out great. The flavor was amazing. Will be using these bags all the time now.

I have used the UMAi dry bags to do my Christmas Prime Rib (28 days) and it came out brilliant. I have also done a whole boneless New York for 42 days that melted in your mouth. Love the ease and simplicity of this product. Never know it could be so simple. The Bullseye BBQ videos on YouTube are a great tutorial on how to use these bags for your home dry aging.
