I have been using these bags for a couple of years for larger cuts of beef with excellent results. The largest bag is harder to get a good vacuum and seal but you can do it. I plan to continue to use them.

I am honestly a big fan! The only improvement I could request from the last time I looked at your site was that you should explain how much casing you need (estimates) per recipe. It is really hard for a beginner to know how far 5 lbs of meat or what have you will go. Other than that we love our Umai Dry!

I go on an annual ski trip with my buddies and this year I packed 45 day old dry aged prime rib eye steaks with my ski gear. We grilled them at our condominium and every one raved about how good they were.

Flash forward a few months and I am a train coming home from NYC when I hear someone call my name. It was one of the ski guys who was returning from a dinner at one of the city's venerable steak houses. He rated my Umai dry aged steaks better by far than what he paid $50+ at the restaurant.

Unless you have a ton of money and can afford your own controlled atmosphere room , this is the way to go, .I have had amazing results every step of the way including a 45 day aged Brisket that disappeared like magic when served after smoking it in my offset. No other product like it.

I have had great success with the products and recipes that the website has. In particular I have enjoyed the dry aging of prime rib as well as making different deli meats at home. I end up with, what I think, are better tasting meats than what you can get in a grocery store.

Absolutely love the UMAi dry process. I have taken two primal cuts of rib eye roasts and tuned them into wonderfully decadent and rich dry aged thick steaks which are so good you only need to season them to taste when cooking. DRY AGING WITH UMAI IS WORTH THE WAIT!

Been a fan of the system since 2011. Nothing like taking a choice subprimal ribeye cut and transforming it to flavorful and tender steaks after 40 to 45 days. Dry-aged ribeye roast is now a staple every Christmas as well. My go to brand lately has been the Open Prairie brand at Costco. You need to ask the butchers for the subprimal cut as they don't display it.

I have found UMAI products to work very well! I have dry aged steaks up to 35 days and made Capicola and Soppressata which tasted as good or better than you can buy in a deli!!
