These underwear provided relief from several different discomforts.

As a bigger guy, it's really tough to find underwear that fits and has some sort of support. Boxers and regular boxer briefs can be found that fit, but leave everything hanging too loose. I like a little more grip on my equipment than that. Typical briefs just don't fit well and have to either ride below my belly (weird, uncomfortable, and negates support you might get from a brief unless they are three sizes too small...ouch!) or up over my belly which can put my boys in a bit of a vice grip and frankly, looks REALLY stupid since not anyone's grandpa yet! UFM Adjustable Pouch Underwear fit well at my waist, look fine (or as fine as any underwear will look on a big guy), and most importantly, can be adjusted to create just the right amount of grip on the parts of my anatomy that I most want supported, protected, held, secured, and made to look like they are creating just a slightly larger bulge than usual.

They have worked very well both pre and post surgery for my hydrocele. I believe when all returns to normal they'll be comfortable. I though the conversation about the draw string in or out was cosmetic. Change I would make is to have the draw string go deeper into the crotch area.. 3 days post surgery and can walk around (slowly) with the support and good meds.

These are by far the best underwear I've ever worn, not to mention everything looks "Bigger" with them on. They're so comfortable you hardly notice you wearing them. It's almost as good as going commando. I have two pairs and am already saving to buy at least 2 dozens more, that's how good I think they are.

The first thing you notice when you put them on is how comfortable they are, you hardly feel you wearing anything at all (almost as good as going commando). And like the other gentleman said "The drawstring pouch makes everything look bigger"! Which is a very good thing.

Order two more pair. The boxer briefs are great under my work jeans. The briefs are great under my work shorts. Finally underwear designed for the working man!!!! Great!!

When I put these on they felt very comfortable. They are true to size and really look good.

What I like the most about these boxer briefs is that one can adjust the amount of support. When in the gym or doing exercises or heavy activities you can tighten the support. But when finished you can loosen the support and feel comfortable. This makes wearing a jock unnecessary and you do not have to remove any clothes to do so. The fabric is soft and the tension around the legs enables that there is no riding up.

Very comfortable and supportive. Even orders some more. Sizing is good.

Great product, very comfortable and innovative design, works much better than I thought, I think I will purchase a pair in red :)
