your shopping cart payment app needs some work. I had to refresh the page at least 5 times and engage in a 10 minute chat in order to find out free shipping wasn't offered on orders under $35. instead I just kept getting an error that my shipping method wasn't selected- yet the 'free shipping option' was still on the list and 'selected' so I couldn't figure out what it wanted. the 'edit' shopping cart procedure seemed a little unstable too- took a few tries and another refresh before the quantity was updated.

I had trouble entering the discount code. I tried twice and both times it emptied my cart. After the second time, I noticed the cart had the discount code (EARLYBIRD) applied, so I just added back the deleted items and the purchase went through OK. Frustrating, but I managed.

Never have liked how the website classifies the same model of briefs in multiple ways The same underwear may be called "work" or "medical", etc. This leads to me wasting time to be sure I am not making a mistake. Also, the 3.1 generation doesn't seem to appear unless I search for it specifically. So, I would find it more convenient to call up filters such as the following: polyester/6"/max support/generation 3 or 3.1
