Honestly, it wasn't easy to find the product I wanted. I could figure out the different levels of support from the video, but the shopping experience was clunky. Why not just have dropdowns for the level of support and fabric and then show available colors? Also, I never found information on the return policy. This is an expensive pair of underwear but very new to me. What if I don't like them?

Nice website, easy to navigate, EXCEPT when UFM recommends Newbies first try their 4th Generation underwear and we cannot find “4th Generation.” Nothing at the site guides us to that. Even a UFM chat associate didn’t how to guide me and took TEN MINUTES to provide me an appropriate link. When I later lost that link, I found the quickest way to get it back was to go OUTSIDE the UFM website and just plain google “UFM 4th generation”, where I then got a link in seconds. One should not have to go OUTSIDE your company’s site to get an answer to such a simple question. The experience was disgraceful. Please fix that.
