Wan't clear at first that I needed to create an account to use PayPal because I clicked on the 'Use PayPal' radio button first and didn't see the 'account required' part until I went back and tried the regular checkout option when the first one failed. The error being shown (something like 'Address 1%') doesn't really help much or give any hint of what you need to do.
