Do gen 5 underwear exist? I couldn’t find them on the site. Saw 4/5 and don’t really know what that means.
I’m excited to try these - I’m a Cardio-Invasive Specialist in a hospital and wear lead apron and sterile gown over my scrubs and can’t stand the SWEAT. I’m currently using David Archy dual-pouch and am pretty pleased. Tried Sheath brand and was less impressed.

Volume discount for 5 pairs of underwear must be for the same style and cannot be combined with another style.....this is NOT spelled out on website. Also, strategically placed red buttons designed to cancel promotion code when it's too late to correct mistake is trickery. It would be nice to have a straight forward website designed without these "cyber" mines.

Your website is the absolute worst. I gave up more than once. I appreciate the description of the difference in products but then it is impossible to decipher that you decided the 3.1 Max is “everyday,” not “athletic.” Even a search didn’t pull 3.1.
The massive grid to order multiple pairs is a disaster on a phone.
When checking out, it says I can create an account later but after entering all my info, in order to use PayPal I need an account. But to set up the account it forgot all of my information. So I reentered it again. Three times total. Normally PayPal will populate many fields for me.
Good thing I like the underwear but your website is terrible. I was going to go buy at Amazon except for the sale for Fathers Day.

LOVE the product, but finding what I want is REALLY, REALLY, REALLY difficult! I'd like to (a) find anything with bamboo (hide everything else), (b) find anything 6" or 9" (hide everything else), (c) be able to further filter by MAX or REG versions, and (d) I like red ... and it's not available in all products. But, what makes it REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hard is to go through these arbitrary selections for exactly the same products that are hard to see what we want mixed with everything else (there's NO difference between the everyday and the other version of the 6" bamboo, for example). The shopping experience is really bad. Only reason I go through it is because the product is so good.
