Your shopping site provides great information about sizing. What would make it better would be diagrams of each generation's pouch. If it is somewhere on the web site, it didn't stand out.

Unfortunately, I found the shopping experience way too complicated. The different generations and usage categories made it very cumbersome, and that's speaking as a person who had previously purchased several pairs of UFMs via Amazon. There were lots of explanations, but they often were not helpful. Here's how I would do it...
Imagine multiple columns of selection buttons or checkboxes. Each column represents an object — as in level or support (to help choose among the generations), scrotum sensitivity (to help determine the depth of the drawstring), activity (to help determine the length), temperature (to help determine the fabric), and color. Using this technique, you steer the shopper directly to the best product for their desires and you omit all of chatter about generations, improvements, etc.
Signing up was okay, but could be better. For instance, I wanted to include delivery instructions, but although the profile page noted a distinction between billing and shipping addresses, there was no way for me to include the instructions just for shipping.
