the products look great however 1 item was missing and there were a few major cracks in some of the pieces. that being said your customer service was amazingly responsive and quick helping me out. i already have the missing piece and the cracked piece i am told is going to be sent.
additionally i would make it more clear to the buyer on the website that the lamp is european plug only. maybe it says it somewhere but im relatively observant using the internet and did not see any indication.
overall my kid loves the bed and furniture, so im happy. thanks

This is a really good-looking, seemingly high-quality set. I picked high gloss; I'm hoping that will make it easier to keep clean.
The wall cabinet part is pretty tall (or high up), so unless you're also fairly tall, reaching the upper cabinets without standing on the bed will likely require pulling the bed all the way out so that you can get behind it with a stool. That could get tiresome if you're always using things from those upper shelves.
Another thing: in the picture, the small shelves beneath the white cabinets have a brown back wall that matches the brown shelves; however, my unit has a white back wall there. Just noting a difference.
Lastly, unless you're one of those talented DIY heroes, I can't imagine not having to hire an assembly team to put it together and mount (which is what I had to do) especially because you need really good anchors and a reinforced back piece for the wall cabinets, so be ready to spend extra on all of that.
Overall, I am REALLY pleased with this purchase. It's very attractive, practical, useful and well-made.

My son wasn’t sleeping well in his crib so it was time to upgrade to a bed. He loves cars and so this was a natural fit. He transitioned flawlessly and loves going to bed now. It was very easy to assemble, only 45 minutes casually by myself. Some parts would be easier with a helper. Make sure you measure your mattress thickness and adjust the frame accordingly before full assembly.

Took about 4 months to get because it was backordered, but my son loves it, so it was worth the wait. Assembly time is about 12 hours. The instructions are straightforward and easy to read. I would suggest doing inventory first, and label all the pieces. That'll take about 2 hours...not included in the assemble time. Follow instructions and pay attention so that there's no misstep. I enjoy building things, so assembly was a good experience for me. Even though the pieces are heavy, I did the majority of it by myself and didn't really need my husband's help until the end to attach the platform on the spring. The only negative I have is that one of the pieces had a large chip in it. It's a piece that's visible, so I'm going to use wood glue to put the chipped part back on. Hopefully it won't be noticeable. Overall, I'm very pleased with this bed.
