Bought this bed for my teenager. It's really ergonomic bed, a little bit complicated to install, but not so much. Very good support team, we had a couple questions, they responded very quick. One con of this bed- it's a long delivery time. Overall quality of material and manufacturing is great! Bed is easily opened and closed, by any age group. We are so happy, that bought this bed, this is really worse the money. Thank you very much for good job!

I was nervous about ordering this bed for a six year old. He is tall for his age and a little on the husky side. I worried it would be too small and not sturdy enough to hold his weight. He is a car fanatic and this would be his surprise Christmas gift from me, his grandmother. I was surprised at the quality and workmanship of the bed. It is sturdy and there is plenty of room for my grandson to grow into. Needless to say, he LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the bed. I received plenty of slobbery kisses and was told that I was the BESTEST grandmother in the universe🤣. The only problem is that now ge doesn't want to go home. If you are contemplating purchasing this bed, don't hesitate. It is worth every penny.

I ordered the Rincon Compact Full/Double Murphy Bed and to be honest since I didn’t find many reviews on it I was hesitant to purchase this item, but with Alex helping me and putting an ease to all my worries I bought the bed. Honestly 10+ for customer service he is awesome I would’ve never made the purchase if it wasn’t for the great customer service. There were some minor adjustments that had to be made to complete the installation, but nothing crazy. It all worked out, it took about an entire day to complete we began around 9AM and finished at 11PM with a few breaks In between. Truly a this bed is wonderful, you may think it’ll work maybe just as a guest bedroom set but this is our main bed. We work from home and enjoy this bed set. It’s an awesome deal you have A bedroom set, an office and a lounging area at the same time plus it’s very elegant. I had an issue with a seam in the fabric ripping and Alex went ahead and got that resolved right away, overall pleased.

1st of all i would like to address how great customer service was. Had few questions about the product prior purchase and representative Alex was able to answer all of my questions. Bed itself was well packed and was easy to assemble. The only thing i wish this bed had an option to disable the sound and the plastic windows are easy to break. Overall my kid loves the bed and i am glad that i chose this place for the putchase. Cheaper than any other websites i checked.

A MUST Buy!!!! Love this bed. My husband and I actually share our living space so our bedroom is where we spend most of our time and we needed to make the most out of it. This was absolutely what we needed! I hesitated to purchase this due to lack of reviews but I am glad I did, customer service was also incredible. Recommend 100%
