If I could give these guys a 10 I so would!! The entire crew is wonderful but personally I've worked with Tom and Mike from the team! It didn't matter who I spoke to, either one immediately took care of my Urgent needs Both of the times I needed their help! One of the best customer service representatives I’ve personally ever dealt with. Mike Myers helped me out from start to finish on looking up a set of Cosmis S1’s for my Civic Hatchback Sport. I had an issue where I used the wrong card to pay for my coilovers, and contacted Tom via Instagram and he was more than willing to resolve the issue right away, but my wife told me to tell him not to worry about it.
