The Tubie pads are beautiful and quality made. We really like how professionally they were made. We may order more someday. We had an issue with turn around. It took us over 9 weeks to receive ours. I was about to cancel to order with my credit card company because I could not get a hold of the people at Tubie Whoobies. I emailed several times and never got a response. I was ignored and that didn’t feel good. I would not have minded if it was going to take long, but I had no indication it was going to take as long as it did. A simple “continue to have patience” would have been sufficient. Our son is comfortable in the pads and his skin continues to look great using them and we had no had any issues.
