Annoying that the same important info strictly related to the renewal won't be proposed by the form - so every two or three years we need to check with the tech department which is the correct code of the domain and the master e-mail for receiving the updated codes.

Hi Daniele, we are required to confirm your details each time you submit a new order or renewal. The automated email that is sent out is part of the validation process and a requirement that we must ensure is completed to ensure we are issuing the SSL Certificate to the legal owner of the domain name. Without this info an imposter could breach your security.

It's really better than before. I think the process of authentification can be improved for business use (main account management with secondary accounts). The support team is responsive and efficient
