I was somewhat disappointed with my Cala’s when they arrived. My Canyon’s were from arrival well made, comfortable, and of good appearance.
In contrast, the Cala’s were extremely uncomfortable, odd looking as they have too much material at the front, and unpleasant to walk in. I haven’t hardly used them because of the comfort level, and have reverted to the Canyons which are still excellent.
I’m sad to give such a poor review for a shoe I had great expectations and for which I had waited eagerly. The shoes appear to have good construction, but are just uncomfortable.

Hey, We are really sorry about this. All crowdfunding products are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong using Hong Kong Post International Express. Additional taxes could apply depending on each country of destination duty regulations. In this case, Cala was crowdfunding campaign so that is why the extra 24€ were charge.

I really LOVE THEM. I danced, I walked by the sea, up on mountain trails and refreshing in waterfalls. I have always problems with shoes, because of my too sensitive skin, but I hadn’t any problem, even without socks. Perfect companion for every summer day.

I wear these everywhere and they go with with everything (I got the gray color). The only thing that is a bit annoying is that the soles slip out easily when I take them off. This is my second pair of Tropics, I backed the originals. I like this style of shoe because its less of a athletic sneaker and more of a casual sneaker, which I can wear with leggings or a sun dress. I also love that these are more versatile and packable than the originals!

BEST SHOE EVER!!! The Cala is unlike any other shoe! I can dress it up or dress it down and it goes with any outfit for any occasion! Coming with a history of knee surgeries, I can't wear heels so I'm always looking for a good shoe and I'm addicted to the CALA!!!!
