Hi there, the recent pair of Canyon shoes I bought are great, no complaints there. However I do have a complaint about the $56.13 CDN that I have been charged by UPS to get them here! Surprised because I had already paid shipping as detailed on your website. Can someone explain to me please, why this has happened.

Hi Sandy, thank you for your 5 star rating! Yes, this has been a continuous issue with customs in Canada. Currently, there is nothing we can do about it since they are the ones implementing the laws for international deliveries.

The sneakers look good and they feel good on. I’ve used them to go food shopping and I’ve used them to spend the day sightseeing on foot. I’ve worn them with and without socks and found I prefer wearing them with socks. The seams were just a hair uncomfortable on the skin as I walked. Maybe that will improve with more use? I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

At the first time it’s little hurt on the upper side, 2-3 time later i find these pairs are very comfortable, at work i have to move a lot and standing up like more than 10 hours per day,love it

I have not tried yet to use Monsoon outdoor. But I had 4-hour photo session with this shoes and it was brilliant. Comfortable and light shoes. I will post some photos to instagram soon.

These have been some of my favorite shoes that I’ve ever worn! They fit true to size, are extremely light on your feet, have a surprising amount of cushion for being so minimal, and are perfect as a day shoe walking around or for any time you need a pair that can slip on and off. Worn them nearly every day since 08/2020 and haven’t seen much sign of wear so far. Only con to watch out for would be that it doesn’t have the best hold on your foot and could roll if you have a misstep. Still sticking by the 5 stars though!

I really like the grip of the shoes, the sole for so far is good, at first I thought it was a bit thick but it actually makes sense. The slip on format i found it efficient but design wise - like how it looks when i use it as slip on - is not really my favourite. cause the back part on the achilles part is quite thick fabric.. I only wish you have a dedicated pouch for cala cause its nice to have it tied and put it on my bag but not when the sole is dirty. So I think a pouch for it will be super nice :)
