I sent out my ps4 to have the HDMI port fixed. I was a little nervous being that they were so far away from where i lived, but every thing went really well they were fast repairing it and in 5 days i recieved it back and now it works just like new

The HDMI port on my PS4 kicked the bucket. I chose TronixFix to repair it because they were less expensive with a much quicker turnaround time. I got it back a couple weeks later and the HDMI port worked to start but failed again shortly after. TronixFix honored their warranty and I sent it back to try again. The same thing happened so it appeared that something deeper was causing the HDMI port to fail. They offered me another refurbished PS4 at a MUCH discounted rate due to me spending a good amount of money shipping them my unit multiple times. They transferred over all my data and the "new" unit has been working perfectly since. I could not be happier. I even recommended them to my friends who have since sent them their units for repair and they had similar positive experiences.

I was very relieved when I finally found somewhere I could send my PS4 to be repaired. It was quick, expensive, but much cheaper than buying a new console. They sent me a text when they received it and sent me a picture after they fixed it. Their customer service is awesome.
Although the video and sound will still cut out sometimes, I have to fiddle with the chord to get it to work again. Not sure what the deal is.

This service was the best I'd ever used! Xbox support wanted me to drive 3 hours to St. Louis to have it looked at. I knew that they would just say "it's done." I have seen Tronix Fix on YouTube and watched some of their videos. I saw that they would look at my console for free and tell me the issue. So I sent it in. They told me that the power supply had to be replaced. It only cost $90 instead of Microsoft's $400 to have it fixed. They fixed it and sent it back ASAP. I got my console back and it worked! I was so happy that it worked. This is the only repair service that I would trust to even remotely touch my Xbox One S. The support, service, and how to ship the console.
