Awesome from the start. They sent me a box with shipping label. When it got there I received a text showing that they received my ps4. When it was fixed they sent me a picture showing that it was fixed and all this was done within a couple of days.

At first, I was going to send the console off to Microsoft for service repair as I was under the assumption the unit was still under warranty, unfortunately, that wasn't the case at all and due to this the repair altogether would've cost $135 because the warranty was over a year old. So as an alternative, looking for any other 3rd party repair services I came a crossed this establishment online! Fair pricing and very quick work done on the console, I am very pleased to say everything works as it should and overall satisfied with there business!

We have a family PS4 (it’s really my younger brother’s if we consider usage time :) that we got for Christmas in 2017. We had it for about a year before we started having HDMI port problems. My brother did his best with repositioning the cord over several months so he could continue using it daily. However, it finally gave out in late April/early May 2018.

He did some online research about the problem and potential solutions and discovered TronixFix. Tronixfix was the most upfront about their repair process and services offered even when comparing local shops (live near Las Vegas). I’m all for saving money and DIYing projects, but neither of us have much experience soldering, and we decided this wasn’t the project to try and learn :P

Thus, we sent it in to TronixFix to let an experienced team do the repair for us. The staff did an excellent job of communicating with us as they diagnosed the problem and confirmed the HDMI port issue. They didn’t preform any services or repairs without confirmation that we wanted to proceed. They quickly fixed the problem and we had our PS4 returned in a timely matter.

So far no issues after about a month of daily use. We will definitely recommend TronixFix to any friends that need console work done, and we have every intention of using TronixFix again if we encounter any other issues.

Very responsive. Packing materials were spot on and instructions were clear, concise, and I felt extremely comfortable with the safety of my console during shipping. Definitely made it quick and easy. They contacted me when they received my console. They contacted me when it was finished along with a picture of the console plugged in and working. And let me know when it shipped along with emails for the tracking information. Will definitely be using them for any of my console repair needs!

Sony wouldn't fix my playstation because I didn't have the original reciept from five years ago. Besides Tronics fixed it for half the price of sony, and way less time. Got it done in two weeks when Sony said three MONTHS. Plus they sent me picture messages of the work they did before they shipped it back.
