PS4 fell on its HDMI cord and pushed inward, knocking off 4 caps behind it. Tried to fix it myself, but it was challenging and I didn't have the original caps. Sent TronixFix a picture and they were confident they could fix it, and they did! It's running great and the new hdmi port feels solid. Thanks!

The experience was a fantastic one for me. I took a chance on a company I had never heard of before and now they’ve got my business for life! One local repair shop I took it to told me the motherboard was fried and I almost threw out my Xbox. TronicsFix saved me from myself! My PS4 Pro was running hot, so I decided to try and tune it up myself. In the process of disassembling the unit, I accidentally ripped the PSU connector right off the motherboard. Well, the issue began with our son trying to charge our Nintendo Switch with the wrong charging cord. That in turn bent back most of the charging pins in the port and ruined it from being able to dock. My first thought was “Noooo!! Now I’m gonna have to buy a whole new system! S*%^! But first, I searched on how to fix the problem and the first video I watched was from this company showing how to replace the charging port. After the video I said “Screw that, there is no way I have a steady hand or the tools!! I’ll send it in!” So I went to the website and bought the repair for this one issue. I sent it out and it got to them through our typical US snail mail 5 days later and even paying priority. Figures... Anyway, I got a response that they received the console and started repair. It took a couple days but that was expected from what they told me. I received the console back and it works like nothing ever happened to it!! The only other thing when it came back was that the microSD card slot was no longer reading anything. I emailed and asked about the issue on a Sunday expecting to get a response the next business day but I got an immediate response back. I was actually shocked at that with it being a Sunday afternoon! Awesome!! The gentleman told me the connection could have come loose during shipping or it was just not properly connected. He offered to pay for the shipping back and take a look at it again and even sent me a return label. These guys really wanna make it right!! I have been out of town so I told them I would have to wait to ship it out but then I thought if it was that small of a problem then I might have been able to fix it. That and I also really didn’t want to have to hear our son crying and complaining again about the Switch being gone for another week :-/. So I went on Amazon and purchased a Nintendo repair kit with the right screwdrivers. When I got back home I was able to get into the console and BAM, that was the problem! It was just disconnected and a very simple fix so I took care of that on my own. All in all besides this SD card issue they did an outstanding job on it and fixed the problem. Not to mention the quick response on a Sunday afternoon on the SD card reader issue! Yay!! No more crying child!! I appreciate what they have done and have saved me $200 from having to purchase a new system for that one small but big problem. I would definitely recommend this company if you have an electronics repair.

I don't know what it never occurred to me to contact these guys first! When my Scorpio Edition went black, I spent hours narrowing it down to the HDMI retiming chip, and the brainiac that I am decided to attempt to replace it myself. After I monkeyed the whole thing up, I realized that I should've just sent it to the people who's YouTube channel I've been watching this whole time. (I know, I'm slow like that..) Fast forward a week later after I send it in, and they were able to fix all my mistakes at an amazing price!! Microsoft wanted over twice the amount.. 1000% recommenced TronicsFix for any electronic services that they offer.. these guys are amazing and simply the best!!

Microsoft had upset me with their extremely high quote for replacing the HDMI port on my console that failed all of a sudden just over a year after purchasing the console brand new. Of course just out of warranty. I sought after external options to fix my console and found some youtube videos for Tronicfix. I researched the company a bit and decided they were the best place to send my console off to, extremely reasonably priced as well, $220 LESS than Microsoft!

Right after Christmas the hdmi port in my ps4 stopped working and I'm not capable of fixing it myself. A feel months later I found tronicsfix and sent it off to be repaired. They kept me in the loop at all times sending update photos and texts about my console. They even cleaned my console out from the dirt and dust that had gathered in the inside of the console. I opened up my Xbox One X Scorpio edition to replace the thermal paste. I nicked a couple of traces on my motherboard, thus my Xbox would not turn on. Microsoft was going to charge me $250 to fix it. My playstation 4 hdmi port went out and I was not getting any video out. I looked up how to fix it on YouTube and saw Tronicsfix channel. I watched a few of their videos and saw they knew what they were doing. I sent my playstation in and not expecting much but like a arrival email and a fix and returning email. But I was wrong the staff was so helpful. I did get arrival email but also updates with emails and text messaging. I knew at all times what was going on with my playstation. The staff sent me a picture of the playstation dashboard up and running on my playstation. With companies nowadays with all the animated emails and phone calls this was a breath of fresh air. Never once did I feel like a ticket number but the complete opposite. I was a paying customer and the took time and made sure I was happy and truly cared. They even sent the playstation back to me in a better box then I sent it to them in. I know I will be using their services again.

I believe it went very well. After attempting to do the repair myself, I ended up in hot water due to dislodging the power supply connection from the motherboard. TronicsFix had the resources to quickly resolder the bit to my motherboard. Thanks!
