I sent an email over the weekend and another one this morning because I received an email stating I received both of my packages after I emailed you guys but I've only received one order and not the order but when I pull up the tracking information it's stating both packages has been delivered which isn't the case I had a similar experience with this company last year around this time I ordered my daughter a hoover board a month before Christmas and didn't get it till after Christmas.....
