Your website is very confusing, due to my confusion I ordered one too many hover boards because I did not receive a order form, so I thought my order was not received. So I ordered a another one, that was when I got an order form and I inevitably ended up with too many hover boards. And when I tried to return one of them, the website is very vague with the instructions how to do so. In all the organization of this website must be revised to make for easier usage.
