Website says 'Same Day Despatch' when ordered before 4pm.
Placed order in the morning on a Thursday expecting delivery on the Friday for a project I was doing over the weekend.
They didn't despatch my order until the Friday and bolts arrived Monday which meant I couldn't complete my project. I wasn't happy!!
