Hi Ian, We are very sorry that there has been an issue with the delivery of your order. As mentioned via email, we have recently changed our courier to FedEx and this is the only major issue we have experienced yet. Your delivery has been upgraded to a "Pre 12" service which is out for delivery today. We monitor the performance of our couriers and we receive over 97% success rate with delivery attempts. It is a shame that this long delay has happened and we are currently investigating it with our FedEx representative. Kind regards, Tradefix Direct

Placed order last Saturday the 11th, had delivery on Tuesday. Only half the items were there, delivery driver said the rest will follow....I assumed the next day. I even called up tradefix direct on Wednesday to ask where it was, and I was told I’d hear back. Haven’t heard a thing and parcel still not here. Not ideal as had to go screwfix to buy some of the items to get me out of trouble! First time using you guys, so bit disappointed not going to lie.
